Responsibilities: To include but not limited to the following

1. Inspects all measuring and test equipment/devices that can affect product quality.
2. Calibrates all equipment prior to use and at defined intervals against certified equipment traceable to national or international standards.
3. Ensures that the calibration software system (GagePack) is always current and ensures for an accurate list of equipment due for calibration.
4. Maintain and establish calibration schedules for current and new equipment.
5. Coordinate outside resources needed for maintenance, calibration, or purchase of new measurement/testing equipment.
6. Complete all ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D quality management system training and follows related procedures.
7. Follows prescribed plant and safety rules and regulations.
8. Performs any and all other related duties as required or as directed.
