Marsh Bellofram precision service gauges are designed to provide reliable pressure measurements in harsh and corrosive sour gas environments. Gauges feature NACE MR0175 compliant wetted components and meet minimum hardness specifications. They are liquid filled to offer significant shock reduction to instrument-grade components.
NACE MR0175 Compliant SS Gauges
Marsh Bellofram NACE MR0175 compliant stainless steel pressure gauges are built for extended life in harsh and corrosive sour gas H2S environments. Wetted components are NACE MR0175 compliant and meet minimum hardness specifications. They feature an all-welded case design to add strength, with available liquid-fill to offer significant shock reduction to the instrument grade components. A safety glass window provides added ruggedness and protection.
Quality Series 100 mm SS Internal Gauges
Marsh Bellofram quality series 100 mm stainless steel pressure gauges are designed for extended service life in harsh and corrosive environments. They feature a top fill plug polished bayonet ring and are field refillable. The liquid-filled gauges offer significant damping and shock reduction to instrument grade components for extended service life.
Quality Series Copper Pressure Gauges
Available in liquid filled or dry versions, Marsh Bellofram quality series 100 mm copper alloy internal pressure gauges are designed for extended service life in heavy service industrial and commercial environments, with reliable pressure measurements to 5,000 psi. Their robust design features a removable polished bayonet ring and adjustable pointer. Liquid version units are able to be filled in the field for ease of maintenance..

100 mm Elite 304 SS Gauge
Available in dry or liquid-filled versions, the Marsh Bellofram 100mm Elite pressure gauge features a 304 stainless steel construction for extended service life in harsh and corrosive environments, with pressure monitoring capabilities to 10,000 psi. Their robust, solid front design features a safecase and blowout back, along with a top fill plug, with liquid models able to be filled in the field for ease of maintenance.
Quality Gauge
Marsh Bellofram quality gauges are designed to offer extended field service life in industrial and OEM applications at an economical price. With available dial sizes of 3-1/2" and 4-1/2", units are available in three different case styles with pressure ranges to 20,000 psi. Marsh quality gauges also feature the exclusive recalibrator as a standard option on the 3-1/2" dial size, offering accuracy within ±1% in the middle half of span, as well as an adjustable pointer as standard option on the 4-1/2" dial size.
±-0.5% Test Gauge
The Marsh Bellofram Test Gauge series is designed for high durability with a 304 stainless steel housing and the choice of copper alloy or 316 stainless steel tube and socket to meet the demanding service needs of various test gauge applications. Accuracy is ±0.5% of full span, with pressure monitoring capabilities to 10,000 psi. A highly polished integral mirror is positioned between the two graduation arcs on the dial face. The knife-edge pointer of the gauge is reflective so that, when the pointer and its reflection are in alignment, parallax is virtually eliminated and a true dial reading is assured.
Master Test Gauge (Series ‘D’)
Marsh Bellofram master test gauges are used to effectively monitor pressure to 10,000 psi within high-precision in-laboratory and industrial environments where precise accuracy is an absolute necessity. For pressure readings to 10,000 psi, Marsh Master Test Gauges offer dependable, consistent accuracy within ±0.25% of span, meeting all requirements of ASME Grade 3A specifications.
Inspector´s Test Gauge
Marsh Bellofram Inspector´s Test Gauges were expressly designed to meet the demanding requirements of steam boiler, air brake and pressure system inspectors. The rugged 3" Inspector´s Test Gauge features a nickel-plated case and an accuracy of ±0.5% of span, with a standard bushed Master gauge movement and integral recalibrator. Mating parts are of dissimilar metals to prevent component seizing, with bearing sleeves constructed of bronze and the sector of brass materials.
