Bellofram Corporation Establishes

Bellofram Silicones

Bellofram Corporation, Newell, WV, has acquired the Milton Silicone Division from MTI Specialty Silicones, Inc., of Toronto, Canada, a long time developer and producer of specialty silicone products and compounds. MTI Specialty Silicones was a blending of Mold Ex of Milton Florida, and Groendyk Manufacturing Company, formerly located in Buchanan, VA. Bellofram Corporation, headquartered in Newell, WV, Diaphragm Division, develops and produces elastomeric diaphragms for use on a worldwide market.

Operations in Milton have transfed to the Bellofram facility in Newell WV., headquarters for design, production and distribution of rubber products and several instrumentation product lines. Most of Milton designs, documentation, and production will continue to operate within the newly formed Bellofram Silicones Division.
