acquired by ATC Diversified Electronics,
a division of Marsh Bellofram Group of Companies

Newell, WV, April 4, 2007…….. ATC Diversified Electronics, a member of the Marsh Bellofram Group of Companies, has acquired Motor Controls Corporation (MCC) of Sanford FL.  Founded in 1980, MCC designs and manufactures motor controls and protection components including alternating relays, 3-phase monitors, and a special line of intrinsically safe controls.

“It is our goal to make this transition as transparent as possible to the loyal customers of MCC”, said Joe Colletti, Jr., President of Marsh Bellofram and ATC.  “The acquisition of MCC provides a very comparable and complimentary product line to Diversified Electronics, and we at ATC look at this as an opportunity to broaden our portfolio of motor protection products and provide superior value to our customers”

Continued operations relating to MCC will transfer to the Diversified Electronic facility in Newell WV, headquarters for design, production and distribution.  MCC will continue operating as a separate product division within the Newell facility and ATC Division.
