CMG AC Current Monitoring Relay
The CMG Series Self-powered Go/No-Go AC Current Monitoring Relay from the ATC Diversified Electronics division of Marsh Bellofram is self-powered solid state go-no-go current monitoring relay, designed to detect the presence of AC current. No physical connection is required as the line to be monitored is magnetically coupled by passing the conductor through the protruding current monitor transformer. As a self-generating device, units have no external power supply requirements.
CMG-0101 AC Current Monitoring Relay
The CMG-0101 Series AC Self-powered Go/No-Go Current Monitoring Relay from the ATC Diversified Electronics division of Marsh Bellofram is a solid state self-powered monitoring relay that is used to detect the presence of AC current. When the monitored current exceeds the trip point for longer than 400 msec, the output energizes (pick-up). When the monitored current drops below the trip point for longer than 400 msec, the output de-energizes (drop-out). No physical connection is required as the line to be monitored is magnetically coupled by passing the conductor through the protruding monitor current transformer. CT Current Transformer
The CT Current Transformers are of the inserted primary type with the secondary toroidally wound over a core of oriented electrical steel. The windings are carefully insulated. The entire transformer is then dipped in PVC insulation compound which insures maximum protection against moisture, acids, alkaline, oils and abrasive particles.
